Private-label cooler bags

Our Cooler Bags line is insulated soft-cooler base models built for OEM / private-label programmes — cooler totes, six-pack and lunch bags, box/brick bags and larger picnic carriers. Construction is layered for thermal performance: a durable woven polyester outer (commonly 600D or 900D Oxford, with 1680D available for heavy-duty models), a closed-cell PE/EPE foam core, and an easy-clean PEVA lining — TPU / welded-seam leak-resistant liners and an aluminium-foil thermal barrier are available on request. Cold-hold is approximate and depends on ice used, pack type and ambient temperature; it is not a fixed guarantee. Zips, webbing handles and shoulder straps are speced to match capacity, and everything is ready to brand.

Sourced by outdoor and beverage brands, grocery and food-delivery operators, promotional-product distributors and retail buyers who want branded insulated carry by the container rather than a reseller's shelf stock. Pick a base model by capacity tier — roughly 6–12 can (lunch/tote), 20–24 can (day cooler) and 30-can-plus (picnic/family) — then customise outer fabric and colourway, liner type, zip and hardware, logo method and retail packaging. Container-direct, worldwide, with your brand on every unit.

Cooler Bags — frequently asked

What fabrics, insulation and liners do the cooler bags use?

The outer shell is woven polyester — commonly 600D Oxford, 900D for heavier-duty models, and up to 1680D on request. Insulation is a closed-cell PE/EPE foam core, with an aluminium-foil thermal barrier available. The standard lining is easy-clean PEVA; leak-resistant TPU and welded-seam liners are an OEM option. Cold-hold time is approximate and depends on ice, pack type and ambient temperature, so we don't quote fixed 'hours cold'. The base spec is listed on each product page and every layer is OEM-customisable.

What capacities and can counts can you produce?

Base models span three broad tiers: compact 6–12 can lunch/tote bags, 20–24 can day coolers, and 30-can-plus picnic and family carriers. Litre capacity, folded and packed dimensions, and carton CBM are on each product page; exact litres and can count for a customised size are confirmed on your OEM quote.

How can I brand these — and can the liner be made leak-resistant?

Logos can be applied by silk-screen, heat transfer, embroidery, woven label or debossing, and colour matching is available. For wet use, we can spec a TPU or welded-seam leak-resistant liner instead of standard PEVA. Full customisation covers outer fabric and colourway, zip and handle hardware (SBS/YKK-style options), and retail packaging with hang-tags, barcodes and manuals — see the customisation FAQ.

What can I customise on a private-label run?

Logo print (silk-screen, heat transfer, embroidery, woven label or laser/deboss), custom colourways and materials, liner type, hardware, and retail packaging with hang-tags, barcodes and manuals. Larger programmes can go to full ODM with bespoke tooling and moulds.

What is the MOQ, and can I get a branded sample first?

MOQ is set by the container — typically one full container load (1 FCL) to start, and base models can be mixed to fill it; the exact per-model MOQ for branded production is confirmed on your OEM quote. Before mass production we make a pre-production sample with your logo, colours and packaging so you can inspect and sign off — sampling typically runs about 7–10 days, with OEM bulk lead time around 15–25 days after sample approval (final dates confirmed on quote).

Cooler bag or cooler backpack — which should I stock, and how do I see pricing?

Cooler bags (tote/handheld) suit lunches, grocery and short outings; cooler backpacks free the hands for longer carries — many brands stock both (see our cooler-bag-vs-backpack guide). On pricing: specifications and carton CBM are public; wholesale pricing and a landed CIF estimate unlock when you log in as an approved trade buyer, otherwise request an OEM quote.
