2. Order basis

The product, specification, branding, packaging, quantity and unit must be confirmed in the project documents. The website does not set a universal MOQ or promise that different models can be combined.

Any deposit, approval, sample or production-start condition is stated in the applicable quotation or contract.

3. Shipping & Incoterms

The Incoterm agreed for the order determines who arranges and pays for freight, insurance and import duties, and where risk transfers. Available terms and origin/destination points are confirmed for the project. Common terms a buyer may discuss include:

EXW — collection from an agreed named place
FOB — delivery on board at an agreed port
CIF — cost, insurance and freight to an agreed port
DDP — delivered duty paid to an agreed destination

Documentation responsibility, ship dates and transit estimates are recorded in the project terms and may depend on the production party, carrier schedules, routing and customs.

4. Inspection & quality

The inspection scope, acceptance criteria and required test evidence must be agreed for the project. On arrival, inspect the goods and report damage, shortage or discrepancy within the notice window stated in the order, retaining photos and packing information.

5. Returns, cancellations & claims

Cancellation, returns, remedies and any non-refundable costs are governed by the signed order. Do not rely on consumer-retail return assumptions for a custom B2B project.

To raise a claim, contact us with the order reference, a description of the issue and supporting evidence. The applicable remedy is assessed under the agreed specification, inspection record and contract terms.
