From a product idea to an agreed sourcing brief
Trade Entrust Outdoor is a sourcing channel connected to the ImportOS product master. We use the catalog to identify a model, then review the details that make it suitable for your brand and market.
The four project stages

Choose a starting model
Select a public SKU from the catalog or describe a reference product. A public listing is a starting point for discussion; its final specification is confirmed for your project.

Send a useful brief
Tell us your destination market, estimated quantity and unit, target date, requested branding, material changes and packaging. Include any testing or documentation requirements that matter to your buyer.
- 03
Review feasibility and terms
The sourcing team reviews the requested model and confirms the proposed production party, available options, sample path, minimum order quantity, timing, price basis and logistics terms in writing.

Approve the project scope
Before an order proceeds, agree on the product specification, sample or reference standard, quality evidence, packaging and commercial terms. Requirements that cannot be confirmed should remain open rather than appear as promises.
What to expect after an enquiry
The form returns a reference when the request reaches ImportOS CRM. The team then reviews the specific product and requirements. Response timing, sample development and production dates depend on the project and are confirmed directly with you.
