Most models are built in 600D Oxford (plain or PVC-coated for weather resistance) or Teslin over a folding steel or aluminium tube frame, with mesh panels for ventilation; ramps and stairs use a rigid deck (steel or aluminium tube, with foam-padded or non-slip surfaces on applicable models). Every base model takes a custom logo, colourway and retail packaging.
