The short answer: it's a four-step programme — choose a base model, customise it with your brand, approve a sample, then bulk-produce and ship factory-direct by the container. Most buyers go from enquiry to bulk without ever visiting the factory.

Choose a base model
Pick from our proven outdoor & fitness families — camping furniture, cooler bags and backpacks, fishing, pet-outdoor, folding wagons and more. Specs and carton CBM are public so you can plan freight before you commit.

Customise to your brand
Add your printed or woven logo, choose colourways and fabric grades, and specify retail and master packaging. Go further with full ODM — bespoke tooling and original design — on larger programmes.

Sample & approve
We produce a branded pre-production sample. You inspect, refine and sign off the spec before any bulk runs, so what ships is exactly what you approved.

Bulk-produce & ship
Mass production runs with in-house QC, then ships factory-direct by the container to your port on agreed Incoterms. MOQ is by the container, and base models can be mixed to fill it.

How long does the private-label process take?
Timelines are confirmed on the quote and vary by product and customisation depth. As a rough guide, a branded pre-production sample follows shortly after artwork and spec are locked, and bulk production plus ocean freight typically run over the weeks that follow. Full ODM with new tooling takes longer than logo-and-colour OEM.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is by the container — typically one full container load (1 FCL) to start. Base models can be mixed within a container, so you can launch a small range rather than a single SKU.
Can I just add my logo, or do I have to redesign the product?
Either. Most buyers start with OEM — your logo, colours and packaging on a proven base model. When you want a product that's uniquely yours, full ODM adds bespoke design and tooling. See our OEM vs ODM guide to choose.
Do I need to visit the factory?
No. Most buyers move from enquiry to bulk production without travelling — specs, samples and approvals are handled remotely, and goods ship container-direct to your port.
