Private-label beach & leisure

Our Beach & Leisure line is a private-label range of folding beach and leisure seating — beach chairs, reclining lounge chairs, double chairs, kids' chairs and beach mats — built on powder-coated steel and aluminium frames with durable 600D Oxford (and heavier 900D on request) fabric. Every model is a proven OEM/ODM base you brand as your own: choose fabric colourway, frame finish, capacity tier and retail packaging. MOQ is by the container.

Sourced by seasonal and resort brands, hotel and beach-club buyers, promotional suppliers and retail/marketplace sellers building a branded beach range for one season and the container. They pick a base model, then customise fabric pattern and colour, frame material (steel for value, aluminium for lightweight and corrosion resistance), logo method and retail packaging — and repeat the winning SKUs next season.

Beach & Leisure — frequently asked

Can these beach chairs and loungers be private-labelled?

Yes — every chair, lounger and mat is a private-label base model. Logo print (silk-screen, pad-print or laser), custom colourways and materials, and retail packaging with hang-tags, barcodes and manuals. Larger programmes can go to full ODM with bespoke tooling.

What frames and fabrics do the beach chairs use?

Most models run a powder-coated steel frame (commonly 13mm, up to 16mm on double and heavy-duty chairs) with 600D Oxford fabric; aluminium frames and heavier 900D fabric are available on request for lighter weight, higher corrosion resistance or a more premium finish. The exact frame gauge, fabric and open/folded size are on each product page.

What weight capacity can you build to?

Base models cover standard adult, heavy-duty and double/two-seat tiers, with reinforced frames and stitching for higher-capacity builds. Because rated capacity depends on frame gauge, fabric and use, the exact figure for your chosen model and target tier is confirmed on your OEM quote rather than assumed.

How can I brand them, and what's the OEM lead time?

Logo by silk-screen or pad-print on fabric, woven label, embroidery or heat-transfer, plus custom fabric colourways, frame finish and retail packaging (hang-tags, barcodes, colour box). Typical OEM production is roughly 15–25 days after sample sign-off, depending on quantity, customisation and season; the confirmed lead time is on your quote.

What is the MOQ for a private-label run?

MOQ is set by the container — typically one full container load (1 FCL) to start, and base models can be mixed to fill it. The exact per-model MOQ for branded production is confirmed on your OEM quote.

Can I get a branded sample first?

Yes — we produce a pre-production sample with your logo, colours and packaging so you can inspect and sign off before mass production.
