Private-label cooler backpacks

Our Cooler Backpacks line is hands-free insulated soft coolers worn on the back — 36 OEM/private-label base models built around a heat-sealed PEVA liner over PE/EPE closed-cell foam, with a durable polyester shell (commonly 600D Oxford, up to 900D on heavier-duty builds) and padded, adjustable shoulder straps. Capacity runs from compact can-carriers to large-format packs that hold roughly 24, 30 or 45+ standard 330ml cans plus ice, with a padded back panel and hip belts on the larger tiers. The liner is welded rather than sewn on leakproof-spec models to resist seepage; base spec (capacity, fabric denier, liner type) is listed on each product page and is fully customisable.

Sourced by outdoor, beverage, delivery and lifestyle brands, promotional suppliers and retail/marketplace sellers who want a branded hands-free cooler that carries drinks and food for hikes, cycling, beach days, tailgates and last-mile delivery. Choose a capacity tier, then customise shell fabric and colourway, liner grade, strap and hardware system, logo method and retail packaging — then reorder the winning SKUs by the container.

Cooler Backpacks — frequently asked

How cold does a cooler backpack keep drinks, and for how long?

Cold-hold depends on ambient temperature, how much ice you pack and how often the bag is opened, so we don't quote a fixed number of hours. The insulation is a heat-sealed PEVA liner over PE/EPE closed-cell foam; thicker foam and a welded (leakproof-spec) liner extend cold-hold. Foam thickness and liner build are OEM-customisable and confirmed on your quote.

What capacity tiers and can counts can you build?

Base models span compact to large-format — roughly 24, 30 and 45+ standard 330ml cans plus ice — with padded back panels and hip belts on the larger tiers to spread load. Exact litre volume and rated can count for your chosen model are on each product page; custom capacities are available on ODM programmes.

What materials and insulation are used, and are the liners leakproof?

A polyester outer shell (commonly 600D Oxford, up to 900D on heavier-duty builds) over PE/EPE closed-cell insulating foam, with a PEVA liner. Leakproof-spec models use a heat-welded rather than stitched liner to resist seepage. Fabric denier, foam thickness and liner type are OEM-customisable; the base spec is on each product page.

How can I brand them, and what's the OEM lead time?

Logo by silk-screen or pad-print, woven label, embroidery or heat-transfer, plus custom shell colourways, strap and zip hardware, and retail packaging (hang-tags, barcodes, colour box). Typical OEM production is roughly 15–25 days after sample sign-off, depending on quantity, customisation and season; the confirmed lead time is on your quote.

What is the MOQ for a private-label run?

MOQ is set by the container — typically one full container load (1 FCL) to start, and base models can be mixed to fill it. The exact per-model MOQ for branded production is confirmed on your OEM quote.

Can I get a branded sample first?

Yes — we produce a pre-production sample with your logo, colours, liner grade and packaging so you can inspect and sign off before mass production.
