Private-label cooler duffels

Our Cooler Duffels line is large-capacity insulated soft-cooler duffels — a heavy-duty 600D/900D polyester shell over a PEVA-lined, PE-foam-insulated main compartment, with a wide zip mouth, grab handles and a padded shoulder strap — supplied as OEM/private-label base models. It's the format between a handheld cooler bag and a hard cooler: soft-sided and packable, but sized for a day at the beach, a tailgate, groceries or event catering. Capacity is typically framed in cans (e.g. mid-size through large-format duffels); exact capacity, dimensions and carton CBM are listed per model and confirmed on quote. Insulation keeps contents cold for an approximate, ambient-dependent window — not a fixed number of hours.

Sourced by outdoor, beverage, grocery-delivery and event/promotional brands, retail chains and Amazon sellers who want a branded large-capacity soft cooler that carries more than a tote but packs flatter than a hard cooler. Choose a base model, then customise shell fabric and grade (600D vs 900D), colourway, liner, zip and strap hardware, woven or printed logo, and retail packaging — factory-direct at container volume.

Cooler Duffels — frequently asked

What's the difference between a cooler duffel and a cooler bag or backpack?

A cooler duffel is the large-capacity format: a wide-mouth insulated duffel with grab handles plus a shoulder strap, sized for beach days, tailgates, groceries and events. A cooler bag (tote) is smaller and handheld for lunches and short trips; a cooler backpack is worn hands-free for hikes and cycling. Many brands stock all three — see our cooler-bag-vs-backpack guide.

What shell and insulation do the cooler duffels use?

A durable polyester outer shell — commonly 600D, or 900D for heavier-duty models — over a PEVA-lined main compartment insulated with PE foam. Shell grade, liner and capacity are OEM-customisable; the base spec is on each product page.

How long do they keep contents cold?

Insulation keeps contents cold for an approximate window that depends on ambient temperature, ice/ice-pack load and how often the bag is opened — so we don't quote a fixed number of hours. Thicker PE foam and a 900D shell extend retention; we'll confirm the spec of your chosen model on quote.

Can I private-label the cooler duffels with my own logo and colours?

Yes — every model is a private-label base model. Logo print (silk-screen, pad-print or laser), custom colourways and materials, and retail packaging with hang-tags, barcodes and manuals. Larger programmes can go to full ODM with bespoke tooling.

What is the MOQ for a private-label run?

MOQ is set by the container — typically one full container load (1 FCL) to start, and base models can be mixed to fill it. The exact per-model MOQ for branded production is confirmed on your OEM quote.

Can I get a branded sample first, and how do I see pricing?

Yes — we produce a pre-production sample with your logo, colours and packaging so you can inspect and sign off before mass production. Specifications and carton CBM are public; wholesale pricing and a landed CIF estimate unlock when you log in as an approved trade buyer, otherwise request an OEM quote.
