What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is by the container — typically one full container load (1 FCL) to start. Base models can be mixed within a container, so you can launch a small range rather than committing a whole container to a single SKU.
Can I get a branded sample before bulk production?
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample with your logo, colours and packaging so you can inspect and sign off the spec before any mass production runs. This is the checkpoint that locks the specification.
What are the lead times?
Lead times are confirmed on the quote and depend on the product, customisation depth and season. As a rough guide, a branded sample follows once artwork and spec are locked, and bulk production plus ocean freight run over the weeks after sign-off. Full ODM with new tooling takes longer than logo-and-colour OEM.
How should I plan my first order?
Start by choosing base models whose carton CBM lets you fill a container economically (see our container-maths guide), confirm customisation (logo, colours, packaging), approve a sample, then place the bulk order. Mixing two or three models in the first container spreads risk while you test the market.
