Materials, insulation and branding
Cooler bag construction is a three-part stack: outer shell, insulation core, and inner lining. Shells are drawn from a live fabric library — 200D, 290T, 320D, 450D/PU, 600D (cationic-dyed, full-dull taffeta waterproof composite, matte plain waterproof, /PU ripstop) and heavier-duty 900D/PU (including fish-scale coated and release-paper-film finishes), plus RPET recycled-polyester Taslon and tarpaulin options for wipe-clean or eco-positioned ranges. Insulation is a PEVA lining over PE-foam; foam thickness and lining grade are OEM-customisable. Branding covers silk-screen, pad-print or laser logo, woven labels, custom colourways and materials, and retail packaging with hang-tags, barcodes and manuals. Larger programmes can go to full ODM with bespoke tooling and pattern development. Note: cooling performance is approximate and ambient-dependent — we do not quote a fixed "hours cold" figure; hold time is validated on sample and confirmed on quote.
